We are excited to bring you the newest creative hub for a new breed of creative people. Born out of a desire to bring together new media and indigenous art forms – Native Creatives is an international digital community of creative people working across multiple disciplines that are inspired by indigenous culture from around the world.
Nurtured by a team of creative individuals from the world’s largest Polynesian city, Auckland – Native Creatives seeks to strengthen creative bonds and open new doors of possibility within creative cultures.
What does this mean? Here, we will keep you up to date with what is going on around the world in cultural, creative, communities. This means the latest events, news from artists, and community arts groups around the world shared here, in a single place.
The Native Creatives platform is supported by Media Design School www.mediadesignschool.com who have had a long term commitment to the development of Maori and Pacific student talent and to developing creative leaders and cultural innovators. Native Council www.nativecouncil.co.nz a New Zealand based ethnic creative agency is the other partner bringing Native Creatives to life
